The Beginning
Born and raised in the British countryside, Chef Michael’s passion for food and love of cooking truly began at 13 when he started washing up at his local village pub –one of the oldest in the UK. For the next 20 years, Michael worked through the ranks of some of the most renowned kitchens in the UK, including Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury 5-star hotels, airlines, and iconic institutions like Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
